G-Force Tennis Training Platform

Welcome to G-Force Tennis Training Platform. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the G-Force Tennis Training Platform, available at gforcetennis.com and via our mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), operated by G-Force Tennis Academy ("G-Force Tennis", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make bookings. Parents or legal guardians may create and manage junior profiles on behalf of children under 18. By using the Service you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Accounts & Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the integrity of the platform.

3. Bookings & Payments

Lesson and clinic bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice; any change will not affect bookings already confirmed.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and/or PayPal. G-Force Tennis does not store your full card details. By completing a payment you authorise the charge for the amount shown at checkout.

Session credits purchased as part of a package are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase. Expired credits are forfeited and are not eligible for a refund unless required by applicable law.

4. Cancellation Policy

Student-Initiated Cancellations

You may cancel a confirmed booking through the platform at any time before the cancellation deadline for that session. The applicable deadline is displayed on your booking confirmation and in the "My Bookings" section of the app.

More than 24 hours before the session start time: Full credit or refund issued (see Refund Terms below).
Between 12 and 24 hours before the session start time: 50% credit issued; the remaining 50% is forfeited.
Less than 12 hours before the session start time: No credit or refund is issued. The full session fee is forfeited.

Coach- or Academy-Initiated Cancellations

If G-Force Tennis cancels a session for any reason (including weather, coach illness, or force majeure), affected students will receive a full credit to their account or, upon request, a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

No-Shows

Failure to attend a booked session without cancelling in advance is treated as a late cancellation (less than 12 hours). No credit or refund will be issued.

Waitlist

Students on a waitlist who are offered a spot must confirm within the time window stated in the notification. Declining or not responding forfeits the offer and moves the next student up the list.

5. Refund Terms

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal account) and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution. Processing times are outside our control once the refund is initiated.

Credits issued to your G-Force Tennis account balance are available immediately and can be applied to any future booking. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Package purchases are non-refundable once any session within the package has been redeemed, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. Unused sessions in an unexpired package may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion if you are unable to continue due to a documented medical condition.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Service. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

Providing false information during registration, booking, or any communication with G-Force Tennis staff.
Attempting to access accounts, systems, or data that you are not authorised to access.
Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, crawl, or interact with the platform without our prior written consent.
Uploading, transmitting, or sharing content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, or otherwise unlawful.
Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting any part of the Service without our express written permission.
Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service, including denial-of-service attacks or introduction of malware.
Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, discriminatory, or threatening toward coaches, staff, or other students, whether on-platform or at a G-Force Tennis facility.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund, and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

7. Video Analysis & User Content

When you upload videos or other content for analysis through the Service, you grant G-Force Tennis a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the analysis service to you. We will not share your videos publicly or with third parties without your explicit consent. You retain ownership of all content you upload.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including text, graphics, logos, drill libraries, and software — is the property of G-Force Tennis Academy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, G-Force Tennis Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless G-Force Tennis Academy and its officers, directors, coaches, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, notify you by email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.
